What is Functional Nutrition?

How I Practice
I use tools such as intuitive and mindful eating-based practices while avoiding rigid dietary rules (unless medically necessary) that can bring your body back to where nature intended it to be. I also look at the whole person, not just food, to inform my practice. We will explore sleep habits, close relationships, stress levels, exposure to environmental toxins, and movement patterns to build your unique plan.
